Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator supports the Sales and Radiologist Recruiting Teams. They will perform a wide variety of activities to help us achieve vRad’s goals for new business acquisition/retention and radiologist recruitment/retention. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and communications for new business and radiologist acquisition Manage the planning and execution of tradeshows, conferences, and webinars including vendor management, logistics, registration, speaker coordination, budgets, materials, support, and post-event reporting Schedule, publish, and quality check all organic social media. Development of copy and visual assets will be shared with the marketing specialist Build, publish, and promote radiologist CME and education content Enhance and maintain sales and recruiting support materials, assets libraries, and web pages Manage various internal and external communications and assets Perform other marketing and sales support duties as assigned Adhere to vRad’s corporate identity and branding guidelines Skills & Qualifications Proven experience managing tradeshows, conferences, and online events Highly organized with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment Tech savvy with marketing tools including PowerPoint, WordPress (or equivalent), marketing automation software (HubSpot preferred), etc. Able to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines independently Able to work independently and think strategically with a strong sense of project ownership Detail oriented with a sound understanding of marketing principles Strong communicator, both written and verbal Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field (or 5 years of related experience in lieu of a degree) Minimum 5 years of related work experience Occasional travel (up to 5x per year) may be required Job Classification Sedentary – Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently. A sedentary job involves sitting most of the time.
