Life Stream Behavioral Health LLC is excited to invite applications for a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to deliver mental health counseling services through telehealth. This role is instrumental in providing compassionate, patient-centered care to a diverse clientele facing significant challenges in their mental health journeys. The LCSW will work remotely, providing crucial support during standard business hours, Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized clinical assessments and interventions for clients experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.

• Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve common goals, prioritizing open communication and shared decision-making.

• Adhere to ethical standards and organizational policies to maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and colleagues alike.

• Implement evidence-based treatments and work closely with clients to develop integrated care plans that respect their preferences and promote empowerment.

• Document all interventions, assessments, and progress notes accurately to fulfill compliance obligations and ensure continuity of care.

• Participate in crisis intervention strategies, providing immediate support as needed to ensure client safety.
\n
• Conduct appropriate screenings and assessments, and facilitate access to additional resources and services as indicated.
\n
• Carry a caseload of clients involving assessments, and therapeutic services including individual, group, and family therapy.
\n
• Monitor and evaluate client progress, reviewing treatment goals, and adjusting care plans as necessary based on client feedback and outcomes.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of agency-wide protocols for service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will engage with a varied demographic, focusing especially on individuals from underserved backgrounds who may be facing barriers to accessing mental health care. These clients may present with a range of issues from depression and anxiety to trauma-related concerns. The LCSW will apply their expertise to create a supportive therapeutic environment that fosters trust and commitment to the healing process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.

• Must hold a current LCSW licensure in the state of Georgia.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling or a related field is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
