Our work setting is exclusively remote, allowing flexibility and convenience for both our therapists and clients. You will leverage modern telehealth technologies to conduct your sessions, ensuring that care remains accessible and effective. While maintaining a structured workweek, there is some flexibility in scheduling required to accommodate patient needs, with regular working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand each patient's situation and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families. Approaches may include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other modalities, depending on client needs.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, creating a welcoming community where participants can share their experiences and learn from one another.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, addressing a wide range of mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, and substance use challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
