Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Life Essence Center, you will shape the mental health landscape of the school community through the following responsibilities:

• Create and maintain accurate clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies to protect patient confidentiality and care standards.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including educators and other mental health professionals, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care plans for students.

• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review sessions to enhance professional skills and share knowledge, contributing to the overarching goal of improving student mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Life Essence Center offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
