This role offers a flexible remote working environment, allowing you the freedom to accommodate your schedule while remaining dedicated to your clients. You will have the option to work traditional hours or choose from flexible scheduling—either 4x10 or 5x8 shifts—from 8 am to 7 pm, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, group, couple, and family psychotherapy, employing evidence-based practices tailored to client needs.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, including interviews to gather detailed social, personal, environmental, and health histories.

• Evaluate clients’ needs and develop personalized treatment plans and program activities aimed at the clients’ social and emotional development.

• Facilitate mental health cases with particular emphasis on crisis resolution, employing crisis management techniques effectively.

• Document all client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans accurately in compliance with relevant organizational protocols.

• Maintain an active caseload, ensuring timely and relevant follow-ups, case notes, and evaluations of treatment effectiveness.

• Assist clients in navigating community resources and services, enhancing their overall support systems.

• Commit to continuous professional development and engage with current practices relevant to mental health therapies.

In this role, you will primarily work with students, their families, and school personnel, addressing a myriad of mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, family dynamics, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
