Key Responsibilities\n

As our LCSW, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to identify mental health needs and crafting individualized treatment plans that align with best practices.

• Implementing a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), specifically tailored to the unique circumstances of each client.

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and professional integrity.

• Engaging in proactive collaboration with a team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide comprehensive care.

• Participating in case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at enhancing the quality of services delivered to clients.

• Educating patients and their families about mental health issues, therapeutic options, and available community resources to empower them in their treatment journey.

• Continuously updating your knowledge of current research and practices in the mental health field to improve your clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with children, adolescents, and their families, addressing a range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues. Your ability to cultivate rapport and trust will be essential in fostering effective therapeutic relationships that lead to successful outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• Minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience in providing clinical social work services.

• Experience in conducting diagnostic assessments and developing evidence-based treatment plans.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong ability to connect with diverse populations.

• Commitment to social justice, cultural competence, and ethical practice.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
