Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify individual patient needs and create tailored treatment plans that align with best practices and solution-focused interventions.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based approaches, modifying techniques based on the unique needs of the clients.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation according to HIPAA standards, ensuring all records are kept up-to-date to monitor client progress and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists and psychologists, fostering a comprehensive approach to patient care that can drive enhanced outcomes.

• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to refine treatment strategies and share insights that can improve the quality of care provided.

• Offer education and resources to patients and families about mental health topics, available treatment methods, and community resources to support their journey.

• Stay informed on current mental health research and advances in psychotherapy to ensure best practices are integrated into clinical sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on students and their families, addressing a range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
