Procurement Coordinator ( Purchasing/Supply Chain)

Indianapolis, IN (East Side) | Fully Onsite
Up to $31.25/hour | Temp-to-Hire

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Procurement Coordinator to support purchasing, vendor management, and sourcing operations for a growing organization on the east side of Indianapolis.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, vendor management, or sourcing who enjoys working with data, suppliers, and process improvement initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Maintain supplier pricing and purchasing data in ERP systems
• Support RFPs, bids, and sourcing projects
• Manage contracts, reporting, and compliance documentation
• Resolve invoice and pricing discrepancies
• Analyze supplier performance, costs, and freight expenses
• Conduct market research and assist with procurement initiatives
• Partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• Experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, supply chain, or vendor management
• Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
• Experience using ERP systems; Oracle or SAP is a plus
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

Pay Details: $63,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
