HR Associate

Primary ResponsibilitiesCoordinates employee benefit eligibility, enrollments, terminations, and payments.Ensures accuracy of data change requests through HRIS system and processes data changes.Conducts new hire onboarding and termination processes.Prepares employee census information for insurance, 401(k), and other reports.Partners with Payroll Manager to ensure accuracy of employee data for semi-monthly and monthly payrolls.Provides written and verbal employment verifications.Supports recruitment coordination, including scheduling interviews, posting positions, and communicating with hiring managers and candidates.Assists with auditing and running HRIS reports to support HR and cross-functional requests.Supports fleet management, including tracking vehicle assignments, maintenance, and compliance documentation.QualificationsBA/BS in human resources, psychology, or related field required1 year of administrative experience in a fast-paced HR department preferred.PHR or SHRM-CP a plus.Proficiency with HRIS systems a plus.Team player with a high sense of urgency and motivation.Must have sound interpersonal, communication, organization and analytic skills.High proficiency with MS Office.Ability to maintain the highest levels of confidentiality, professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service.Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation; however, reasonable accommodations will be provided for qualified individuals with disabilities unless doing so would impose undue hardship.The total compensation package for this position will also include incentive compensation and benefits such as health insurance, unlimited paid time off, parental leave, a 401k matching program, and other benefits to its employees.We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.This is a full-time, onsite position requiring five days per week in the office.If you reside in a state or locality with enacted pay transparency laws, you are entitled to request and receive additional details regarding compensation and benefits.
