Reporting to the COO, the VP of Marketing & Practice Integrations will lead two critical growth engines at ICON Dental Partners: Marketing and Practice Integrations. You'll lead a high-performing team and own the strategy, execution, and measurable results across both functions.

ICON Dental Partners is a Dental Partnership Organization (DPO) supporting 28 partner practices across 10 states — and growing fast, on pace to nearly double our footprint. We are not a traditional DSO: our partner doctors retain ownership and clinical autonomy, and our job is to make partnership genuinely worth it — through operational support, technology, revenue cycle expertise, and a team that treats every practice like the doctor's name is still on the door. Because it is.

What You'll Own

• Drive Growth: Build marketing strategies that increase new patients, conversion, production, and marketing ROI.
• Lead Integrations: Own the journey from pre-close planning through post-close stabilization and handoff to regional operations.
• Connect the Dots: Align Marketing, Operations, Finance, IT, RCM, People & Culture, Compliance, and other teams around successful practice transitions.
• Own the Numbers: Build and manage KPIs, dashboards, budgets, and EOS scorecards—and turn data into action.
• Build Great Teams: Lead, coach, hire, and develop four direct reports across Marketing and Integrations.
• Be an Executive Partner: Work closely with the COO, executive team, regional leaders, and practice doctors to drive growth and navigate change.

What We're Looking For

Our ideal "unicorn" brings:

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience across marketing, operations, M&A, integrations, or a combination.
• A proven track record of leading complex integrations from pre-close through stabilization.
• Demonstrated success driving measurable revenue growth and marketing ROI.
• Strong financial, analytical, and operational instincts.
• Exceptional executive communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced, multi-site growth environment.
• A passion for building scalable processes, developing people, and making organizations better.

Bonus points: Dental/healthcare or DSO/DPO/MSO experience, EOS experience, and familiarity with HubSpot, , or similar platforms.

The Work Environment

• Remote from your home office with high-speed internet
• Our group is coast to coast so meetings and collaboration will occur across all time zones.
• Competitive salary: Depending on experience, $165,000 - $180,000
