Prepare bank and credit card reconciliations. Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processing. Assist with monthly and year-end closing procedures. Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts under the supervision of managers or seniors. Assist in preparing financial reports and supporting schedules. Support payroll processing and related administrative tasks. Prepare sales tax, property tax, and other compliance-related filings as assigned. Maintain organized and accurate financial records. Learn and utilize cloud-based accounting software and other technology tools to improve efficiency. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by providing timely and professional service. Assist with other accounting, bookkeeping, and consulting projects as assigned. Qualifications BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 0–2 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or related experience. Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements. Experience with QuickBooks Online or other accounting software is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Demonstrated problem-solving and organizational skills. Ability to follow instructions and learn new concepts quickly. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
