Key Responsibilities Prepare menu items consistently following recipes and presentation standards Complete all prep work and set up your cooking station efficiently Maintain high product quality and cook time standards Ensure cleanliness and organization of your workstation throughout your shift Follow all company, state, and county sanitation and safety standards Assist team members and respond promptly to guest requests Participate in cleaning duties and complete assigned daily and weekly projects Attend all company meetings and training seminars as required Qualifications & Skills 6 months to 2 years of related cooking experience preferred High school diploma or GED preferred Food Handler's Certificate as required Strong verbal communication and teamwork skills Ability to follow written and verbal directions carefully Comfortable using knives and kitchen equipment safely Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk throughout the entire shift in a busy restaurant environment Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in temperature extremes and wet conditions Location: Loop 1604 / Shavano Park Willie's Grill & Ice House offers careers focused on a high-energy, family-friendly Texas Icehouse tradition.
