Description Job Name:HUMINT Targeting Specialist Level: Mid Location: Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling Remote Work: No Required Clearance: TS/SCI with CI Polygraph Position Type: Immediate Opening RESPONSIBILITIES 3+ years of experience with HUMINT targeting Experience with computer-based tools, including CHROME, CRATE, DataXplorer (DX), Mosaic, GCOMS, G2G, NGT, and QLIX Experience writing Cables Knowledge of the DoW and wider IC Ability to create network diagrams using visualization tools such as Analyst Notebook Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience with targeting or 10+ years of experience with targeting in lieu of a degree MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: SECURITY CLEARANCE: A current & active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience required OR HS/GED and a 9+ years experience EXPERIENCE: 3+ years of experience with HUMINT targeting Experience with computer-based tools, including CHROME, CRATE, DataXplorer (DX), Mosaic, GCOMS, G2G, NGT, and QLIX Experience writing Cables Knowledge of the DoW and wider IC Ability to create network diagrams using visualization tools such as Analyst Notebook Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience with targeting or 10+ years of experience with targeting in lieu of a degree Additional Qualifications / Nice to have: Experience with briefing programs for decision at the General Officer, Flag Officer, or Senior Executive level Experience with specialized training such as SIGINT or Open-Source Research Experience navigating complex mission sets with both DoW and non-DoW Federal Departments and Agencies Knowledge of the INDOPACOM AOR COMPENSATION CRC offers a generous benefits package for full time employees, including 4 weeks PTO accrual for new employees with increases at milestone anniversaries, 11 paid holidays, employer-paid life and disability insurance, optional supplemental life insurance, family health, dental and vision benefits with no waiting period, 401(k) with up to 6% employer match available after 30-day waiting period, generous tuition assistance for higher education or career related certifications, flexible work schedules, and opportunities for referral bonuses. Base salaries at CRC are determined by various factors, including work location, an individual's education, knowledge, skills, experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected salary range for this position is $80,000 to $110,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of CRC's total compensation package.
