Role Overview Sodexo is seeking a Sous Chef for SSM Health DePaul Hospital in Bridgeton, MO. The Sous Chef will help oversee all culinary food operations for the medical campus. The Sous Chef will come with a leadership background and experience in large, fast‑paced kitchen environments. What You’ll Do Help implement and standardize all culinary systems and procedures for the hospital Supervise, develop, and mentor frontline staff Procurement and purchasing Create menus based on client needs Create interpersonal relationships with clients What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate’s education level or years of relevant experience.
