Electrical Panel Assembler (Entry Level)

Location: Auburn Hills, MI (Onsite)
Pay: $20.00/hr

Schedule:

Summer hours (through 9/5): Mon-Fri 6:30 AM-2:30 PM
After summer: Mon-Thu 7:00 AM-3:30 PM; Fri 6:30 AM-2:30 PM
Breaks: Two 15-minute breaks + one 30-minute lunch

Overview:

Hiring Electrical Panel Assemblers to support the layout, assembly, and wiring of electrical panels based on build sheets and prints. Great entry-level opportunity for someone hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable using tools in a production/manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Read build sheets and production documentation
Assemble electrical plates and enclosures per instructions
Install electrical components/controllers per prints
Wire components using correct color/gauge, ferrules, cables, tags, and required identification
Follow quality and safety standards; keep work area clean/organized
Support teammates and assist as needed

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
Comfortable using hand/power tools
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Technical/vocational training is a plus
