Part Time Receptionist

Join our team at Wasatch Behavioral Health as a Part-Time Care Team Assistant (Receptionist) and become the welcoming face of our PREP (Prevention and Recovery from Early Psychosis) Program! This rewarding opportunity offers a competitive wage of $17.50–$22.17/hour and the chance to make a meaningful difference for individuals ages 13–26 experiencing a first episode of psychosis or who are at high risk of developing psychosis. As part of a coordinated specialty care team, you'll help create a welcoming and supportive experience for clients and families while assisting with the administrative needs that keep services running smoothly. What You'll Do as a Care Team Assistant Greet clients, families, and visitors while providing friendly, professional customer service. Answer incoming calls, direct questions, and connect clients with the appropriate team members. Schedule appointments and assist with general administrative needs. Support clients and families as they navigate PREP services and treatment options. Assist with paperwork, records, payments, and other front-office responsibilities. Maintain accurate and organized client records while protecting confidentiality. Communicate and coordinate with care managers, therapists, prescribers, and other members of the PREP team. Help create a welcoming, organized, and supportive environment for young people and their families. Qualifications High school diploma or GED At least 6 months of clerical or secretarial experience Strong communication skills (verbal + written) Solid computer and multitasking skills Compassionate, organized, and detail-oriented Spanish speakers may qualify for a wage increase Employment at Wasatch Behavioral Health is contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen, motor vehicle record review and criminal background check. After hire you must complete and receive a Criminal Background Clearance (BCI) from Utah State Office of Licensing.
