Key Responsibilities Build and maintain customer relationships, providing timely follow-up as needed. Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing. Use a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate clients on insurance products. Generate leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and recommend appropriate products and services. Assist the agent in managing the website and social media content.
