What You'll Do

The Healthcare Center Manager leads and develops a team focused on delivering exceptional patient care and operational excellence, optimizing workflows, managing staffing levels, and utilizing resources effectively to support both productivity and quality outcomes. This person ensures compliance with applicable healthcare regulations and upholds high standards of patient care throughout daily operations, while fostering a culture of ongoing learning by providing training and mentorship to staff.

Required Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and guide teams
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Current state licensure (where applicable)
• CAPTE certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing staffing and scheduling in a healthcare clinic setting
• Experience in physical therapy or rehabilitation services (based on CAPTE requirement, to be confirmed)
