This part-time position offers a structured schedule—three days per week (7 hours 40 minutes each day) with a 30-minute lunch—providing the perfect balance of career fulfillment and personal time.

As an Occupational Therapist in this supportive district, you’ll join an established team that includes experienced OTs and two Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs). Collaborate to deliver high-quality occupational therapy services tailored for students’ individualized education programs. Qualifications & Experience:

• Credentialed as an Occupational Therapist (OT) with state licensure or eligibility to obtain
• Previous experience working in a school-based setting or strong interest in pediatric therapy
• Skilled at adapting interventions to the unique needs of a school environment
• Effective communicator, able to work collaboratively with other therapists, teachers, and administrators
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized intervention plans
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, special educators, and therapy colleagues to support student access and participation
• Deliver targeted occupational therapy sessions, both individually and in groups
• Document progress and participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Provide consultative services and recommendations to staff and families
• Help foster a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students
