Title: Business Intelligence Analyst Location: Austin, TX - Onsite Responsibilities Strategic Liaison: Gather business requirements, translate into technical specifications, lead hybrid Agile/Waterfall project cycles, and act as primary data contact. AI Prompting and Data Synthesis: Develop/refine AI prompts, build query libraries, guide nontechnical staff, and validate AI outputs. Data Reporting and Visualization: Extract, integrate, and analyze data; create dashboards/reports; ensure compliance with governance standards. Data Literacy and Training: Conduct AI/data training, build documentation/tutorials, and promote a datadriven culture. Collaboration and Problem Solving: Partner with IT/data engineering teams, troubleshoot inconsistencies, advise on trends, and adopt new AI/data tools. Minimum Requirements 10+ years translating business requirements into actionable queries for complex analytics sources. 10+ years explaining technical findings in nontechnical language. 10+ years in complex data analysis or liaison roles. Strong SQL expertise for data extraction and manipulation. 10+ years building reports/dashboards with Power BI and/or Tableau. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills 5+ years leading as a technical project manager in Agile/Waterfall environments. 5+ years with Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse. 5+ years supporting federal/state/internal reporting needs. 5+ years working in health and human services or regulated environments. 5+ years applying data governance and quality principles. 2+ years developing and conducting training sessions for nontechnical staff. 2+ years mentoring staff with varying levels of data literacy. 1+ year creating AI prompt catalogs (e.g., Streamlit with Python). 1+ year applying responsible AI practices and compliance standards. #J-18808-Ljbffr
