Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling to clients, utilizing various therapeutic methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches to address diverse mental health needs.

• Create and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's unique challenges, ensuring measurable goals and periodic assessments to monitor progress and effectiveness.

• Facilitate sessions that include developing coping strategies, enhancing life skills, and promoting personal growth, life transitions, and emotional resilience.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare providers and social services, to coordinate seamless care and ensure the highest standards of client support and follow-up.

• Document and maintain accurate, confidential client records to comply with industry standards and comply with ethical guidelines for counseling practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload capacity.
