Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health status through initial consultations to establish their therapy needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that may include individual therapy, group sessions, and evidence-based interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
