Join a premier concierge medical practice dedicated to delivering exceptional, personalized patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a great patient experience from check-in through follow-up.
• Schedule appointments, coordinate referrals, and manage patient communications.
• Answer phones, maintain patient records, and support onboarding processes.
• Escort patients to exam rooms, perform intake procedures, and assist with diagnostic testing (training provided).
• Prepare exam rooms and support daily clinical operations.
• Manage EMR, CRM, and administrative documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of Patient Care Coordination, Patient Services, Medical Assistant, or healthcare administrative experience.
• 1+ year of Epic EMR experience required.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Strong technology proficiency, including Outlook, CRM systems, and EMR platforms.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-touch environment.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable commute to Beverly Hills.
