IT Support Technician

IT Support TechnicianPC Construction is seeking a motivated, customer-focused IT Support Technician to join our employee-owned team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys solving technical challenges, supporting end users, and helping expand IT services across our regional offices and jobsites. You'll play a key role in delivering technology solutions that keep our teams connected and productive. This is an office-based position, not remote.Key Responsibilities:Create, manage and remove users and devices (i.e., Microsoft Office, Egnyte, etc.)Responsible for daily management of device and software inventory within the corporate asset tracking systems.Foster innovation and build business partner relationships to meet corporate business strategies.Hardware and software management through Microsoft IntuneProvide primary support (ownership of ticket management) via the Help DeskAdminister cellular contracts and plan revisions, along with mobile device management of Apple MDMMaintain corporate device protection schemas (Antivirus, malware and web proxy services)Purchase and manage device and software inventory within the corporate asset tracking systemsSource, order, coordinate internet services with Internet providersTroubleshoot and maintain network printers, switches, routers, wireless access points, projector systems, video conferencing systems and IP phone systemsLead new employee orientation processProvide remote site installation and support on remote data and communication networksProvide necessary user training on site network capabilities and software needsTravel to regional offices and jobsites when requestedPC Construction is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values and respects the importance of a diverse and inclusive workforce.
