If you want to trade doubt for direction and find a place to focus on your career, come join our top tier team!What we offer:Weekly pay & paid trainingMedical, dental, vision insuranceHealth savings accountShort- & long-term disabilityCompany paid life insurancePTO including vacation and holidayMatching 401(k) & ROTH IRACompany truck, gas card, tablet, and uniformsOn-going training & developmentPlus growth opportunitiesWhat you will do:• Perform HVAC installations with attention to detail and quality.• Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize processes and ensure seamless operations.• Drive and maintain company vehicles to ensure safety and efficiency.• Serve customers by analyzing work orders, following daily travel schedules, listening to customer concerns, performing designated work, and proactively solving problems.• Cooperate with other departments to continually improve the process and flow of information.• For each installation job, request necessary parts & equipment needed in advance and verify truck is loaded properly with all materials needed to complete it.• Document work performed in accordance with company procedure.• Provide guidance to assistants or apprentices and share knowledge.• Keep personal tools and equipment operable and up to date.• Maintain current knowledge of HVAC codes and standards.• Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions.All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor/manager.What you need:• Must be 21 or older.• At least five (5) years of residential HVAC installation experience and knowledge.• Valid local driver's license with a clean driving record.• Ability to pass a drug screen, background record and motor vehicle record.• Ability to work synergistically with crew partner(s), also independently and accurately.• Strong mechanical aptitude and customer service skills.• Ability to exercise independent judgment and make informed decisions.• Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks effectively.• Knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of required tools.Ready to take your HVAC career to the next level?Apply today and join a team that values your skills, invests in your growth, and rewards your success!Posted min pay rate: USD $60,000.00/Yr.Posted max pay rate: USD $80,000.00/Yr.
