Requirements:

• BLS
• ACLS
• PALS
• Must be RRT (CRT not accepted)
• A minimum of 1 year of experience
• Teaching hospital experience required
• Epic experience within the past 2 years required
• All specialties worked must be well documented

Compliance / Notes:

• Public transportation is not accessible; reliable transportation is recommended.
• No block schedules for any reason.
• Employment gaps over 90 days must be explained.
• Complete all work history information for submission.
• Bi-weekly orientations on Monday.
