Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct regular teletherapy sessions, providing individual and couples therapy tailored to the needs of clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Create and maintain an updated calendar, scheduling appointments efficiently to ensure that all client needs are met with timely follow-ups.

• Document and complete notes on each session promptly, adhering to organizational policies for record-keeping and client confidentiality.

• Collaborate with other therapists at Evansville Wellness to share insights on treatment plans, best practices, and challenges, thereby enhancing client care.

• Engage with school personnel as necessary to coordinate care for student clients, ensuring a holistic approach to each individual’s needs.

• Utilize a billing service that handles claims and client accounts, allowing you to focus on providing high-quality therapy without administrative burdens.

This role primarily serves a varied client base ranging from children to adults, including couples therapy. Understanding the complexities associated with each age group and their specific issues—such as anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges—is crucial. You will be instrumental in helping clients navigating these difficulties by employing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A successful candidate must possess a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 70,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our compensation model includes performance-based bonuses, together with:
