Work Environment\n

This role will primarily be remote, allowing for flexibility while still engaging with clients in a meaningful way via virtual consultations. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., providing work-life balance for our employees.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, employing standard assessment tools and interview techniques.

• Collaborate with clients to design individualized treatment plans that align with their specific needs, personal goals, and preferences, actively engaging them in their therapy process.

• Implement evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate meaningful change.

• Monitor client progress using outcome measures and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
