Reservation Specialist

Reservation Specialist – Remote We are looking for a Reservation Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional service to our cruise guests. This is a great opportunity for a personable, detail-oriented individual who enjoys travel, hospitality, and working with people . Responsibilities Handle guest calls and emails regarding reservations, pricing, staterooms, and sailings. Process new reservations, changes, cancellations, and payments using RezMagic . Maintain accurate guest records and reservation data. Assist with upgrades, payment plans, and pre-sailing questions. Prepare passenger manifests and guest documentation. Provide guest support during select cruise sailings. Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed. Qualifications Customer service, hospitality, call center, or reservations experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable learning new software and using Microsoft Excel. Reliable internet and a quiet home-office environment. English and Spanish bilingual preferred. Experience in travel, tourism, cruises, or event ticketing is a plus. Schedule & Travel Full-time remote position based in Puerto Rico . Standard business hours apply, with occasional evenings, weekends, holidays, and domestic/international travel aboard charter cruises required.
