In this full-time position, you will provide virtual outpatient therapy services to individuals, couples, and families throughout Tennessee. Work Environment\n

This role is 100% remote, allowing you to work from anywhere within the state of Tennessee. You will be equipped to manage your schedule effectively, offering therapy sessions Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with the option to choose additional hours for evenings or weekends based on your availability and client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and couples therapy through a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, ensuring a safe and effective environment for therapy.

The counselors work with a diverse client base, serving individuals, couples, and families who may be experiencing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling or a related field, accompanied by an active LPC license in Tennessee, or eligibility for licensure within 90 days.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in individual or relational therapy, demonstrating a deep understanding of therapeutic techniques and patient-centered care.

• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage a remote caseload, ensuring that all clients receive the attention and care they deserve.

• Access to a reliable internet connection, a private workspace conducive to therapy sessions, and proficiency with basic technology tools.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing telehealth services, demonstrating adaptability and comfort in utilizing digital platforms for therapy.

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

• A willingness to engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and therapeutic approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Remote Licensed Professional Counselor position offers a competitive salary ranging between $80,000 to $90,000 annually, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package. This includes options for W2 or 1099 employment, as well as robust administrative support, allowing you ample time to focus on direct client care. Other benefits include assistance with continuing education units (CEUs), peer consultations, and optional clinical supervision.
