About the Opportunity:
- Growing company looking for an experienced HR leader to oversee all Human Resources functions.
- This role will partner closely with leadership while supporting employees across the organization.
- Great opportunity for someone who enjoys both strategic planning and hands-on HR involvement.
- Oversee recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and compliance.
- Support managers and employees with HR guidance and day-to-day employee matters.
- Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee programs.
- Lead hiring initiatives, employee development efforts, and retention strategies.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Manage HR reporting, documentation, and HRIS records.
- Previous HR leadership experience required.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, compliance, and employment law.
- Experience supporting manufacturing or multi-site operations preferred.
- Ability to communicate professionally with employees and leadership at all levels.
- Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office required.
$90,000-$135,000 annually based on experience.
Onsite role located in Elkhart, Indiana.
