We are seeking skilled welders to join our expanding team on 1st, 2nd, and Weekend shifts . Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding according to engineering drawings, blueprints, and production specifications.
• Read and interpret welding symbols, weld callouts, and fabrication requirements.
• Determine proper weld positions, techniques, and settings to complete projects accurately and efficiently.
• Weld mild steel and stainless steel materials ranging from 7-gauge to 1/4-inch thickness.
• Inspect finished welds to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.
• Read and interpret detailed fabrication and welding blueprints.
• Assist with cutting, staging, organizing, and preparing materials for fabrication and production.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of MIG welding experience .
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of welding symbols and fabrication specifications.
• Working knowledge of shop math.
• Previous experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to produce high-quality welds on both mild steel and stainless steel.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workmanship standards.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team-oriented environment.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bloomington, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr.
