Strong communication skills are built through practice, and this role gives you the structure to develop them from day one.
Through approved training, you learn how to reach out to clients, explain options clearly and follow up with confidence. Each conversation is a chance to sharpen the way you connect with people and represent the team.
In this role, you will schedule and hold appointments with clients, present available products and services, follow up to move decisions forward, keep your records accurate and work closely with teammates to stay organized and on track.
Build your career as a contractor, with training, coaching, and room to grow.
No prior experience in business development is required. We welcome candidates from customer-facing, administrative, retail, food service or any background where talking with people was part of the job.
This is a full-time, on-site position in Charlotte, NC.
Benefits include Medical, Dental and Vision.
Earning potential: $85,000 to $130,000, performance-based.
