Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings for clients to evaluate their mental health challenges, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.

• Create personalized therapy plans that align with each client's unique circumstances, objectives, and progress.

• Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic techniques tailored to client needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Family Systems Therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated care, actively participating in team meetings to discuss client progress and treatment strategies.

• Provide educational resources and guidance to clients' families, helping them understand the therapeutic process and how to support their loved ones effectively.

• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications\n
