Acidification Coordinator – Lena, Illinois
Our customer in Lena, Illinois is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting an Acidification Coordinator to work full-time on 1st shift. As an Acidification Coordinator, you will be responsible for accurately entering, analyzing, and maintaining production data while supporting food safety, quality, and continuous improvement efforts in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities of the Acidification Coordinator:

• Accurately enter, verify, and maintain all production data in SAP and related systems.
• Analyze daily production data, identify issues or gaps, and communicate findings to leadership.
• Close and verify work orders to ensure production records are complete and accurate.
• Monitor product quality by collecting samples and recording temperature, pH, moisture, and curing room data.
• Track and document production yields, labor hours, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Perform inventory counts and ensure materials and finished goods are accurately reflected in SAP.
• Document quality issues, including downgraded products and specification deviations.
• Follow all safety policies and maintain regular, predictable attendance.

Acidification Coordinator Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend English.
• Two to four years of administrative or data entry experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience working in a food manufacturing environment is preferred.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; bilingual a plus.

Pay for Acidification Coordinator:

• $22.00/hour.
