Atlanta, GA, US Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Warranty Administrator to processes product or vehicle warranty cancellations, calculates refund amounts, and reconciles accounting ledgers. Core Responsibilities Processing Cancellations: Handling requests to terminate extended warranties, GAP insurance, and aftermarket vehicle protection plans. Calculating Refunds: Figuring out prorated refund amounts and issuing checks to customers or lienholders/lenders. Accounting Tasks: Posting general ledger entries, reconciling schedules, and managing accounts receivable items. Communication: Answering inquiries from customers, vendors, and finance managers regarding policy statuses. Qualifications and Skills Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent; bookkeeping or basic accounting background is often preferred. Software Knowledge: Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and dealership management systems like CDK, Reynolds and Reynolds, or specialized accounting portals.
