Work Details: Full-time

FTE: 0.9 – 36hrs. per week

Schedule: Evenings

JOB SUMMARY:

Dispenses and monitors medications and other pharmaceuticals as ordered by qualified prescribers and provides interpretation and information education. Provide safe high quality pharmaceutical care to the patient. Supports all JCAHO initiatives and programs and keeps abreast of the changes.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

A. Education (or equivalent years of experience): Required for consideration: Pharm.D. or bachelor's degree obtained through a formal 5-year program.

B. Experience (or equivalent education): No Experience Required

C. Licensure Required for consideration: Florida Pharmacy

Paid Time Off:

· 23 days per year to start

· Accrues biweekly

· Increases after five years of service

· Available after a 90-day introductory period

Paid Sick Leave:

· 5 days in your first six months

· Up to 15 days annually from six months through four years
