Homecare Nurses & Therapists - MN

Clinician Opportunities

We are seeking part-time and full-time clinicians (nurses & therapists) to provide a variety of homecare services to clients in their homes. We hire clinicians in full-time case management as well as part-time and per diem roles.

We hire clinicians to provide services to clients living in and around the following cities in the state of MN:

• Austin, MN
• Eagan, MN
• Fairmont, MN
• Mankato, MN
• Owatonna, MN
• Red Wing, MN
• Rochester, MN
• Shakopee, MN
• Worthington, MN

The clinician must be able to provide the services needed based on the client's care plan and must be able to effectively communicate with the client and supervisor. Applicants must be able to pass a criminal background check and must have a valid clinical license in the state in which he/she will be working. Candidates must have a reliable means of transportation to clients' homes.

Flexible scheduling available.

Pay depends on years of experience and the type of service provided.

Physical requirements:

• Repetitive lifting, pushing or pulling a minimum of 50 lbs is expected.
• The individual must be able to walk, stand, and bend for extended periods of time
