Regional Sales Manager

The warehouse of the future contains high-density, high-precision racking with automated pallet shuttles (like our atlas 1D ) instead of wide aisles that forklifts need to pass through. Our customers benefit from much better utilization of their warehouses (up to 70% more pallet storage than traditional rack!), maximized vertical space, improved accuracy in pallet selection, and minimized labor costs and product damage. Over the span of more than 40 years, we’ve grown into a company with 10 manufacturing facilities, 19 commercial offices, and the know-how of around 2000 employees serving customers in 40 countries. We Rack the World. Early 2021, we opened our first U.S. Office in Romeoville, IL and we have already grown to over 70 employees. We are also soon opening our first stow manufacturing plant in the greater Atlanta area to serve our current and future customer base. It’s exciting times to be at stow! Location: Must reside in or near Tennessee or Georgia, United States Key Responsibilities Own and achieve regional sales quota through direct selling efforts Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities Manage and grow relationships with key accounts and strategic customers Develop and execute territory and account plans Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast Negotiate contracts, and close deals Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer success, product) Represent the company at industry events and client meetings Prepare and calculate quotations accurately and in a timely manner. Enter and manage customer orders in SAP, ensuring accuracy and adherence to customer requirements. Track orders to ensure on‑time delivery and resolve any discrepancies. Travel extensively (approximately 50%) to support customers and sales activities across the assigned region. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular in‑person visits. Represent the company professionally at customer locations and during field engagements. Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and internal stakeholders. Remote or field‑based role with significant travel High autonomy with minimal supervision Qualifications & Skills 5+ years of direct (quota‑carrying) sales experience Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong hunting and closing skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively Willingness to travel within the assigned region Strong organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Customer‑focused mindset with problem‑solving capabilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time Must reside in or near Tennessee or Georgia What do we offer you?
