Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' unique mental health needs and challenges.

• Develop and implement personalized therapeutic strategies for individuals, families, and groups with diverse backgrounds and issues.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain meticulous and accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards while utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily revolve around assisting clients who may face numerous barriers to mental health care access. You will work with individuals experiencing a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and relational conflicts. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.
