Our product focuses on giving our customers the ability to build native, automated, and flexible payment experiences.Backed by over $30 million in funding by top investors such as Y Combinator, Spark Capital (Marqeta, Coinbase, Affirm), and Robinhood's Founder; Vlad Tenev, we are projected to be a forerunner in payroll with an industry amassing billions of dollars in untapped revenue.Role RequirementsYou have 6+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions engineering, or technical account management, with 8+ years of total work experience at tech companiesYou will work out of our San Francisco office, on a hybrid schedule (Tue-Thurs in office)You are able to understand and explain technical concepts to customersYou enjoy working with the customer directly, and spending most of your day on live calls learning from usersYou thrive in an ambiguous environment with a high degree of autonomyYou have a process-oriented mindset and ability to drive consensus across cross-functional teams and drive projects to completionYou enjoy interacting with internal and external stakeholders and can draw insights and takeaways from disparate conversationsNice-To-HavePrior experience in customer facing roles at startups in the API, fintech, or HR tech spacePrior experience in cross-selling/up-selling customersAbout The RoleZeal customers are enterprises (gig companies, staffing companies, etc.) who use a combination of APIs and white labeled components to build their dream workforce payment experiences. In your role you will serve as a go-to contact for our customers for everything from implementation, go-live, launching new products and more. This role will also report directly to the CEO at Zeal, where you will serve as their right-hand for all customer-related motions.Some Things You May Be Working OnIn partnership with business + product leaders, identify and accelerate the strategy, implementation, program management, and operationalization of key partner initiatives across several verticals at ZealOwn the relationships with our partners, and advocate for them internally. Understand their problems and execute on the solutionPartner with product and engineering to solve technical problems for customers and build helpful technical guides to assist customers with implementationProvide intellectual leadership through business analyses to develop concrete solutions or recommendations for our partnersDevelop strong cross functional relationships across Zeal's and our partner's leadership teams, becoming a trusted thought partner on all things program management, fintech, and partner growthIdeate with the Program Management Team and execute on initiatives to drive-down integration time, reduce integration churn, and increase customer NPS + resign percentages.Zeal CultureZeal is located in the Union Square district of San Francisco.
