NC FAST Agile Scrum Master/Kanban FlowMaster

Job Summary (List Format):
- Serve as Scrum Master or Kanban Flow Master for teams working in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and support transition towards SAFe framework.
- Coach and advise teams and leadership on Agile/Scrum processes, values, practices, and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Enable teams to become self-organizing, cross-functional, and accountable, facilitating Scrum/Kanban/SAFe events and removing impediments.
- Lead planning and execution of development and delivery efforts for one or more products, ensuring high standards and quality.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, Stakeholders, and other Scrum/Flow Masters.
- Execute Agile transformation strategies in alignment with Agile Transformation Coach and transformation team guidance.
- Foster Agile team culture, drive customer and business value, and promote healthy team behaviors.
- Manage and assist with requirements gathering, design, development, and implementation of C ram/Java web-based applications on n-tier infrastructure.
- Interface with multiple internal and external applications across various platforms.
- Apply Agile principles to resolve backlog items, ensure deliverables meet requirements, and deliver effective solutions with quality.
- Play a key role in resolving business and team conflicts, identifying gaps, and ensuring Product Owner involvement in business decisions and process flow.
- Estimate work effort, refine prioritized backlogs, and facilitate all Agile ceremonies/events.
- Utilize tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint for project management and reporting.
- Analyze data for actionable insights regarding portfolio management.
- Use leadership, facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Apply risk and business impact analysis as needed for project success.
- Support sprint/work flow tracking, monitoring, and reporting via JIRA and related tools.
- Hands-on involvement in software development/debugging (Java, .Net/C#), and SQL in relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.).
- Promote and support Agile best practices and continuous improvement within the team and organization.
Certifications/Skills:
- Certified Scrum Master or Kanban certification (highly desired).
- SAFe Agilist or SPC certification (desired).
- Experience with DevOps practices (desired).
- Experience with JIRA Align and Portfolio Planning (desired).
