Title Clerk / Office Admin - RideNow Phoenix
RideNow Powersports
RideNow Powersports, with over 50 locations nationwide is looking for a Title Clerk / Office Admin for our dealership in Phoenix.
What You'll Do:
All applicants must pass pre-employment background checks, including MVR screening. IND01
What You'll Do:
- Process on-road, off-road, and watercraft titles and registrations, including out-of-state transactions
- Reassign titles from trade-ins and vehicle purchases
- Manage lien payoffs and issue purchase checks for vehicle acquisitions
- Notify customers when license plates are ready, offering pick-up or mailing options
- Communicate with lenders and state agencies to resolve possible title issues
- Verify all documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Support the accounting and funding team with other duties as assigned
- 1+ year of title experience (out-of-state preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills
- Public notary certification preferred
- Hourly rate based on experience
