Job Description As directed, identify prospective AMG clients or referral sources by educating about and positioning AMG capabilities to generate awareness, deliver solutions and drive new revenue. May lead but generally support more senior sales professionals on calls on prospects and Centers of Influence to sell the full spectrum of AMG products and services, generally at client location and either self-initiated or referred by internal/external partners. Cultivate referrals/leads, generate interest and collaborate with partners to close the sale. Work with management and/or partners to establish and execute appropriate activities, tactics and strategies to generate, identify and pursue new opportunities and successfully close the sale. Meet with and educate partners to position the value of AMG capabilities. Assess new business opportunities on a consistent basis, including completing book of business reviews, responding to new business inquiries and requests for proposals, and maintaining territory/focus lists. Drive team member accountability and participation. Maintain timely, accurate and complete sales administration tasks as determined by the business. Education : Bachelor’s degree Certifications : None required Licenses : None required Pay Transparency Base Salary: $75,000.00 – $150,000.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
