Position Overview We are seeking a proactive Territory Sales Manager to own revenue growth across an assigned region. The role focuses on driving new business through targeted prospecting, managing the full sales cycle, and expanding relationships within the territory. The ideal candidate has strong Sales and Business Development experience, proven Territory management skills, and a hunter mentality to build and convert a robust pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets and market penetration goals.
• Identify, qualify, and prioritize new business opportunities through prospecting, market research, and targeted outreach.
• Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM; track activity, forecast revenue, and report on territory performance.
• Conduct outreach through cold calls and cold emails (Col Email), virtual meetings, and in-person visits to engage prospects and move opportunities through the funnel.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact and needs discovery to proposal, negotiation, and close.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, marketing, and product teams to tailor solutions, coordinate handoffs, and accelerate deal velocity.
• Deliver timely and accurate sales forecasts, territory plans, and activity reports to leadership.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Continuously refine prospecting techniques and messaging based on market feedback and competitive dynamics.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to raise brand awareness and generate leads.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven Sales experience with measurable quota achievement and revenue ownership.
• Demonstrated Business Development experience and success in Territory management or regional sales roles.
• Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, including forecasting and negotiation.
• Strong prospecting skills and a hunter mindset; experienced with cold calling and cold email (Col Email) outreach strategies.
• Track record of building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline and using CRM tools to manage opportunities and activity.
• Experience working collaboratively with Account Executives, channel partners, or cross-functional teams to close deals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills; comfortable with both remote and in-person selling.
• Analytical and data-driven approach to territory planning, forecasting, and performance measurement.
• Willingness to travel within the territory as required and manage a dynamic schedule.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred; equivalent sales experience accepted.
