**Key Responsibilities:**

- Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and vendors in a warm and friendly manner.
- Manage and coordinate patient appointments, ensuring an efficient flow of the daily schedule.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary and ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Verify patient information and update medical records with precision.
- Assist patients with completing necessary forms and paperwork.
- Handle billing inquiries and process payments accurately.
- Collaborate and coordinate with medical staff to provide seamless patient care.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment for all who visit.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the management team.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in healthcare administration is a plus.
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in a medical setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using computer systems and relevant (HST) software applications (e.g., MS Office Suite, Electronic Health Records).
