Colleague Relations Strategist - HR Policy & Support

Hartford HealthCare is seeking a Colleague Relations Consultant to manage moderately complex colleague relations issues, provide guidance to managers, and coordinate case lifecycles with proper documentation. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or related field, 3+ years in employee relations, and willingness to travel between Hartford HealthCare locations.
