This role can be based in our Smithfield, RI office or done fully remote from anywhere in the U.S. — whichever setup helps you do your best work. You track conversations in your head before you even open the CRM. You're warm on the phone, clear in your communication, and organized enough to stay ahead of a long list without dropping anything. Proactive and self-driven — you initiate, you don't wait High call volume is your comfort zone, not a stressor Highly organized with strong follow-through Warm, professional, and confident on the phone Clear communicator — written and verbal You take it personally when someone doesn't hear back in time What this role is about: You'll be the connective tissue between our agents and every client they serve — making sure no one falls through the cracks, every question gets answered, and every touchpoint reflects the standard we've built our reputation on. This is a proactive, communication-heavy role. You'll be reaching out to clients throughout the transaction process, following up after closings, generating reviews, tracking satisfaction, and making sure every person who works with our team feels like they're in great hands.
