• Facilitate demand intake, conduct requirement-gathering workshops, and document business needs.
• Break down demands into epics and detailed user stories with acceptance criteria in Agile tool.
• Translate business processes into functional requirements, ensuring alignment with ServiceNow best practices.
• Maintain and refine the story backlog; ensure stories are ready for sprint planning.
• Collaborate with architects and developers on feasibility, scope, solution design, and reuse opportunities.
• Map current-state and future-state process flows and identify workflow optimization or automation opportunities.
• Support configuration decisions related to forms, fields, workflows, UI policies, and business rules while ensuring alignment with platform governance and best practices.
• Lead workshops, interviews, and working sessions with business and process owners; document decisions, risks, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, developers, architects, and external partners.
• Coordinate testing activities, create test cases tied to user stories, and support UAT planning and execution.
• Validate delivered functionality meets acceptance criteria prior to deployment.
• Document functional specifications, process flows, release notes, and training materials.
• Support change management, feature enablement, and platform adoption activities.
• Engage with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party partners to resolve questions and clarify requirements.
• Track and report progress, risks, issues, and backlog health.
• ssist with non-Prod to Prod deployment activities, including testing and validation steps.
