About this role: The Senior Quality Manager leads the quality systems and processes at a Carrier manufacturing facility, ensuring product and process conformance to standards while driving a strong quality culture. Key Responsibilities: Leads the quality management systems and their compliance. Ensures product and process quality across the operation. Manages internal/external audits and ISO 9001 certification. Leads and develops the quality team. Drives quality problem-solving (8D, root-cause analysis). Owns quality KPIs (PPM, COPQ, FTY) and improvement plans. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree. 8+ years of quality experience, including 3+ years leading quality teams. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical or Quality Engineering or a related field. Strong command of quality management systems, core tools and ISO 9001. Experience managing internal/external audits and achieving/maintaining certification. Proven ability to lead quality problem-solving (8D, root-cause analysis) and drive corrective actions. Track record improving quality KPIs (PPM, COPQ, FTY). Six Sigma Black Belt or Lead Auditor certification preferred. Experience in high-growth or fast-paced manufacturing environments. Six Sigma Black Belt / Lead Auditor certification. Strong leadership and results orientation. Pay Range The annual salary for this position is between $117,500.00 - $234,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. Other Compensation Thisposition is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
